All products on Oudsera are purchased directly from the manufacturers in Dubai, UAE. We buy straight from the source — no distributors, no middlemen. This guarantees authenticity and the best possible pricing for our customers.


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS 100% AUTHENTIC?

Absolutely. Every single product on Oudsera is purchased directly from the manufacturer. We do not carry grey market, counterfeit, parallel import, or refilled products. Authenticity is the foundation of everything we do.

Yes. We ship to both the United States and Canada.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

United States: 3–5 business days

You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is dispatched.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking email with a live tracking link. You can also log into your Oudsera account to view your order status at any time.


CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

To start a return, email hello@oudsera.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Please note: Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the product is faulty or not as described.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Not at this time. Gift wrapping is not currently available but we are working on bringing this option to you soon.


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that your order will have entered processing. Please email hello@oudsera.com immediately if you need to make a change.


DO YOUR FRAGRANCES CONTAIN ALCOHOL?

Most of our Eau de Parfum range contains alcohol as a carrier. We also carry alcohol-free Oud Oil options for customers who prefer them. The product description for each item specifies the formulation.
